We first found Heather through her YouTube videos while we were still living in North Carolina and beginning our search for a home in the Gunnison Valley. Her videos were so thorough and informative, and we immediately felt like she was someone we could trust. Being from the South herself, she also seemed to understand what we were looking for and the perspective we were coming from.

Heather worked with us for over a year, which included multiple trips from North Carolina to Colorado and countless homes.
