When you are selling a home, it is not always just a business deal. After my husband passed away, I found myself in a very difficult situation. Besides not having a clue about such matters, I needed to sell our family vacation home, where so many great memories were stored. Heather and Mackenzie were sensitive and patient to my situation. They gently guided me through the process, never pushing, always listening. All deadlines were made on time and everything was communicated and explained. Heather is the type person you can rely on to be honest, reliable and up front. She is very personable and easy to talk to. She made the long distance process of buying as easy as possible. 5 star all the way other than negotiation-would give 5 stars for a bargain in negotiation but bargains are hard to come by in any market. A fair deal is what we'd expect and we got that with Heather. She will go above and beyond to help you.

We had been looking at property in Crested Butte, CO for many years.
