    May 2025

     Gunnison County experienced a year-over-year decrease in prices for both single-family homes and condos.

    Overall inventory rose, with active listings up 9.5% compared to the same time last year, pushing the months supply of inventory to 7.2 months. Buyer activity also picked up, with 37 properties going under contract in May—a 42.3% increase from May of last year. Sellers were active as well, introducing 98 new listings to the market in May. That’s a 50.8% increase year-over-year and a significant jump from the 47 new listings added in April.

    Usually I spend Mother’s Day with my boys but this year I decided to do a special trip to the beach with my grandmother. Mom couldn’t come due to a prior dog sitting commitment but I did get to see her and met her new chickens. 🐓 Rudy got a new lamb from our neighbors and he is obsessed with it! We finished out our last lacrosse tournament and set our eyes on summer. 🦊Lastly, nothing says spring like a momma fox and babies seen at one of my listings. – Heather

    Cozy Meets Spacious in This Luxurious Mt. Crested Butte Ski Home | 13 Aspen Lane

    13 Aspen Lane, that closed at $2,775,000, is one of the best lots up here up on the mountain in the Elk Run subdivision area. So stick around til the very end and I will share with you why I love this location so much.
