That’s a step up in new inventory compared to the previous week’s 11 listings, 16 sales, and $15,975,900 in volume—giving buyers even more options while keeping sales strong. It’s proof that as the fall colors peak, the housing market is showing no signs of slowing down. Sellers are finding motivated buyers, and buyers are still eager to lock in their mountain dream homes before winter sets in.
