A total of 35 new listings hit the market, compared to 37 new listings the previous week, providing buyers with a healthy selection of properties throughout the valley. While 11 properties sold, slightly down from 13 sales the week before, activity remained steady as buyers continued to explore opportunities across Gunnison County. Total sales volume reached $9,125,500, reflecting a more normalized pace after the exceptionally strong $19,321,500 in sales volume recorded during the previous week. Overall, the market continues to demonstrate strong engagement from both buyers and sellers as we move deeper into the summer season.
Looking ahead, Gunnison County is settling into its favorite time of year. Summer weather is expected to bring warm daytime temperatures, cool mountain evenings, and plenty of sunshine, creating ideal conditions for outdoor recreation and community events.
