Weekly Market Recap: July 20, 2026

The Gunnison County real estate market continued to show healthy activity for July 13–19, 2026, with 19 new listings, 8 new sales, and an impressive $5,938,700 in total sales volume. While inventory eased slightly compared to the previous week’s 24 new listings, and sales dipped by just one transaction, buyers were still making confident moves in the market. Although total sales volume settled from last week’s remarkable $18.8 million, this week’s numbers demonstrate that demand remains steady, with well-priced properties continuing to attract serious interest. It’s another reminder that Gunnison County’s real estate market is driven by quality opportunities—not just quantity.

Looking ahead, summer is still in full swing across Gunnison County, bringing warm sunny days, cool mountain evenings, and perfect conditions for exploring everything the valley has to offer. The Crested Butte Wildflower Festival continues to attract visitors from around the country, while outdoor concerts, hiking, biking, farmers markets, and community events keep the area buzzing with activity. Increased tourism during July often introduces new buyers to the region, helping maintain strong interest in local real estate. As we move deeper into the summer season, expect continued buyer activity, fresh listings, and plenty of excitement throughout the Gunnison County market!
