We saw 18 new listings, double the previous week’s activity, offering buyers plenty of fresh opportunities across the valley. On top of that, 15 sales closed for a total sales volume of $16,501,000—a major jump compared to last week’s $6.4M. Clearly, the late summer market is thriving, with both buyers and sellers taking advantage of this active season before the cooler days of fall roll in.
