The Gunnison County real estate market wrapped up July 20–27, 2026 on a strong note, recording 21 new listings, 8 new sales, and an impressive $17,311,843 in total sales volume. Compared to the previous week (19 new listings, 8 new sales, and $5,938,700 in sales volume), the number of listings and closed transactions remained remarkably steady, while total sales volume nearly tripled. That significant jump highlights the continued demand for higher-priced properties and reinforces the strength of the Gunnison County market. Buyers remain active, sellers continue to benefit from summer interest, and quality homes are finding their way into the hands of motivated purchasers, making for another exciting week across the valley.

Looking ahead, summer is still shining brightly with warm daytime temperatures, cool mountain evenings, and plenty of sunshine creating ideal conditions for enjoying everything Gunnison County has to offer.
