The number of single-family homes available for sale in February 2023 has decreased significantly compared to the previous year, with only 4 new listings. The reason for this decline could be a decrease in demand for housing or an increase in housing costs, or a combination of both factors. On the other hand, the number of homes sold has increased by 3 properties compared to the previous year. Additionally, 3 Townhouse/Condo properties were sold in February with an average sales price of $475,248, which is a positive indicator of a thriving and growing housing market in the local area.

During February, the number of new listings for Single Family homes has decreased by 5 compared to the same period last year, and the number of closed sales has also decreased by 1. However, there are still 54 available properties, including Single Family homes, townhouses, and condos, with an average sales price of $1,480,750 for Single Family homes and $1,337,000 for Townhouse/Condo properties. Therefore, it’s an excellent time to invest in real estate in the region.

The average sales price of townhouse-condo properties sold this year stands out at $493,690, and there are currently 39 properties available for sale in the market, offering a variety of choices that could appeal to those interested in real estate investment.
