The Gunnison County real estate market experienced a notable increase in inventory during June 2026, giving buyers more choices while maintaining strong purchasing activity. Active listings rose 16.8% from the previous month to 319 properties, pushing inventory to a 10.6-month supply. New listings also surged, climbing 49.3% month-over-month to 106 homes entering the market. At the same time, buyer activity accelerated, with pending sales more than doubling to 52 properties under contract—a significant increase compared to May’s 24 pending listings.
